# Calendars: Google Calendar, Cal.com and Calendly

> Connect Google Calendar, Cal.com or Calendly so your AI agent can offer free times and book meetings with the Demo Scheduler automation.

# Calendars

Connect a calendar and your AI agent can book meetings in a chat: it shows the customer your free
times, and they pick one. Bookings are made by the **Demo Scheduler** automation.

You can connect **Google Calendar**, **Cal.com** or **Calendly**. They're under **Scheduling** on the
**Integrations** page.

## Connect

    Go to **Integrations**, find your calendar under **Scheduling** and click **Connect**. Sign in to
    Google, Cal.com or Calendly and allow ZynfoAI access. You come back to **Integrations**.

  <Step title="Choose what to book into">
    Click **Manage** on the calendar's card. Choose the **Calendar** (Google Calendar) or the **Event
    type** (Cal.com and Calendly) to book into, and check the **Timezone**.

    Leave **Use this integration for AI demo bookings** ticked and click **Save settings**.

## Turn on bookings

Go to **Automate**, click **Browse Templates** and use the **Demo Scheduler** template. Publish it when
you're ready. See [Automate](/automate/overview).

## What the customer sees

1. The agent shows **Choose your demo time** with the free times in the next two weeks, in your time
   zone.
2. The customer picks an **Available time**, enters **Your name** and **Email for your invitation**,
   and clicks **Confirm booking**.
3. The meeting is booked and the customer gets a calendar invitation. With Google Calendar, the
   meeting gets a Google Meet link.

If there are no free times in the next two weeks, the agent asks the customer to contact your team.

## Disconnect

On the **Integrations** page, click the trash icon (**Disconnect**) on the calendar's card.
