# Freshsales: send captured leads to your CRM

> Connect Freshsales with your domain and API key so leads your ZynfoAI agent captures are created in Freshsales automatically, or synced by hand from Leads.

# Freshsales

Connect Freshsales and the leads your AI agent captures are created in Freshsales for you.

## Connect

You need your Freshsales domain and API key.

1. In Freshsales, look at the address bar. If it shows `https://acme.myfreshworks.com`, your domain is
   `acme`.
2. Open **Profile Settings → API Settings** and copy your API key.
3. In ZynfoAI, go to **Integrations**, find **Freshsales** and click **Connect**.
4. Enter **Freshsales Domain** and **API Key**.
5. Click **Test Connection**, then **Save & Connect**.

## What's sent

* **When:** each new lead is sent automatically, and again when its status, email or phone changes.
* **As:** a Freshsales **lead** with first name, last name, email, mobile number and company. If your
  Freshsales account doesn't allow creating leads, ZynfoAI creates a **contact** instead.
* **Updates:** a lead that's already in Freshsales is updated, not duplicated.

To send a lead now, go to **Leads**, hover over it and click **Sync to CRM**. Its **CRM Integration**
status shows whether the sync worked. See [Leads](/crm-and-support/leads).

Notes, lead score and the chat transcript aren't sent.

## Disconnect

On the **Integrations** page, click the trash icon (**Disconnect**) on the Freshsales card.
