# Freshsales Integration: Automate Lead Capture

> Connect ZynfoAI to Freshsales CRM to automatically push qualified chat leads, contact details, and conversation history into your Freshsales sales pipeline.

# Freshsales CRM Integration

By connecting ZynfoAI to Freshsales, you can automate your lead generation pipeline. When your AI agent captures visitor information (like name, email, and phone number), it instantly creates a new Contact or Lead inside your Freshsales account.

## What is synced?

* **Contacts:** First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, and Job Title.
* **Leads:** Email, Phone Number, and Company Name.

## Setup Instructions

To connect your Freshsales CRM to ZynfoAI, you will need your **Freshsales Domain** and **API Key**.

1. Log into your **Freshsales** account.
2. Look at the URL in your browser to find your **Domain**.
   * If your URL is `https://acme.myfreshworks.com`, your domain is simply `acme`.
3. Click your profile avatar in the top right corner and select **Profile Settings** (or **API Settings**).
4. Locate the **API Key** section.
5. Copy your API Key.
6. Return to your ZynfoAI Dashboard, navigate to the Integrations tab, and paste your Domain and API Key into the Freshsales configuration block.

Click **Connect**, and your AI agent will begin syncing leads!
