# Integrations overview

> The tools ZynfoAI connects to today: Shopify, WhatsApp Business, Freshsales, Freshdesk and Google Drive, plus which integrations are coming soon or not supported.

# Integrations overview

Go to **Integrations** in the sidebar. Click **Connect** on a card to set it up; connected cards show
**Connected** and a **Manage** button. Use **Live Only** to hide integrations that aren't available yet.

## Available now

| Integration | What it does |
| - | - |
| [Shopify](/integrations/store-app) | The agent recommends products, looks up orders, cancels unfulfilled orders, checks refund status, starts returns, adds to cart, offers discount codes and takes back-in-stock requests. Installed from the Shopify App Store. |
| [WhatsApp Business](/integrations/whatsapp) | Customers chat with your agent on WhatsApp, and your team takes over in the Inbox. |
| [Freshsales](/integrations/freshsales) | Captured leads are created in Freshsales automatically. |
| [Freshdesk](/integrations/freshdesk) | Send a ticket to Freshdesk with **Sync to CRM**. |
| Google Drive | Import chosen Google Docs and Sheets as knowledge. See [Train your AI agent](/knowledge/ingestion-methods). |

Your website chat widget doesn't need an integration: see [Add the chat widget to your website](/embed/html-embed).

## Coming soon

[HubSpot](/integrations/hubspot), [Zoho CRM](/integrations/zoho-crm) and [Zoho Desk](/integrations/zoho-desk)
show as **Coming Soon** and can't be connected yet.

## Not supported

ZynfoAI doesn't connect to WooCommerce or Slack. You can still add the chat widget to a WooCommerce site.
