# WooCommerce: not supported

> ZynfoAI doesn't connect to WooCommerce stores. You can still add the chat widget to a WooCommerce or WordPress site with the HTML embed snippet.

# WooCommerce

ZynfoAI doesn't connect to WooCommerce. The AI agent can't look up WooCommerce orders, products or
customers, and there's no WooCommerce option on the **Integrations** page.

## Add the chat to a WooCommerce site

The website chat widget works on any WordPress site, WooCommerce stores included. Paste the embed
snippet into your site's footer and the agent answers from the knowledge sources you've added, such as
your website pages and files. See [HTML embed](/embed/html-embed).

Store actions such as order lookup, cancellations, returns and add-to-cart are available for Shopify
stores only. See [ZynfoAI for Shopify](/integrations/store-app).
