# Zoho CRM (coming soon)

> Zoho CRM shows as Coming Soon in ZynfoAI and can't be connected yet. Send leads to Freshsales or work from the Leads page in the meantime.

# Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM appears on the **Integrations** page with a **Coming Soon** label. You can't connect it yet,
and leads aren't sent to Zoho CRM.

## What to use today

* **Freshsales:** leads the AI agent captures are sent to Freshsales automatically. See
  [Freshsales](/integrations/freshsales).
* **The Leads page:** every captured lead is kept in ZynfoAI with its details, score and status. See
  [Leads](/crm-and-support/leads).

We'll update this page when Zoho CRM can be connected. To ask about it, email
[support@zynfo.ai](mailto:support@zynfo.ai).
