# Zoho Desk (coming soon)

> Zoho Desk shows as Coming Soon in ZynfoAI and can't be connected yet. Use Freshdesk or the Tickets page to follow up on chat tickets today.

# Zoho Desk

Zoho Desk appears on the **Integrations** page with a **Coming Soon** label. You can't connect it yet,
and tickets aren't sent to Zoho Desk.

## What to use today

* **The Tickets page:** tickets from chats are kept in ZynfoAI with their status and priority. See
  [Tickets](/crm-and-support/tickets).
* **Freshdesk:** connect Freshdesk and send a ticket to it with **Sync to CRM**. See
  [Freshdesk](/integrations/freshdesk).

We'll update this page when Zoho Desk can be connected. To ask about it, email
