# Zoho Desk Integration: Seamless Ticket Creation

> Connect ZynfoAI to Zoho Desk to automate customer support escalations, create help desk tickets from chats, and route issues to the right support agents.

# Zoho Desk Integration

ZynfoAI integrates directly with **Zoho Desk**, allowing your AI agent to automatically escalate unresolved customer inquiries into formal support tickets for your human agents to handle.

## What is synced?

When an escalation is triggered, ZynfoAI sends the complete chat transcript, user contact information, and priority level directly to your Zoho Desk ticketing queue.

## Setup Instructions

1. Navigate to the Integrations tab in your ZynfoAI Dashboard.
2. Locate the **Zoho Desk** module and click **Connect**.
3. You will be redirected to the secure Zoho authorization page.
4. Log into your Zoho account and grant ZynfoAI the necessary permissions to read and write ticket data.
5. Once authorized, you will be redirected back to ZynfoAI, and the integration will be active!
