# Retrain or remove a knowledge source

> Update a website page your AI agent answers from with Retrain, re-add changed Google Docs and files, or remove a source so the agent stops using it.

# Retrain or remove a source

ZynfoAI doesn't re-read your sources on a schedule. When a page changes, retrain it so the agent
answers from the new version.

## Retrain a website page

1. Go to **Data Sources**.
2. Click **Retrain** on the source's row.

ZynfoAI reads the page again, replaces what the agent knew from it and updates the date. You'll see
**Retrained** when it's done. Each retrain counts toward your plan's monthly data updates (50 a month on
the All-In-One Pro Plan).

## Update a file or Google Doc

* **Files:** uploaded files can't be retrained. Remove the old file and upload the new version.
* **Google Docs and Sheets:** **Retrain** shows, but it may fail for Google sources. If it does, remove
  the source and add the file again from **Google Drive**.

## Remove a source

1. Go to **Data Sources**.
2. Click **Remove** on the source's row.
3. Confirm. The source and everything the agent learned from it are removed.

The agent stops using that information in new answers straight away.
