# Delete your workspace

> Only the owner can delete a ZynfoAI workspace. Billing is cancelled straight away, and the workspace can be restored for 14 days before it's permanently deleted.

# Delete your workspace

Only the workspace owner can delete it. Go to **Settings → Workspace** and click **Delete workspace**.
You can do this on the Free plan too, while the rest of the dashboard is read-only.

  Billing is cancelled straight away. Your workspace is hidden and can be restored for 14 days, then
  everything is permanently deleted. Invoices are kept for accounting.

## Before you delete

Want a copy of your leads? Go to **Leads** and use **Export CSV** first.

If your plan is billed through Shopify, deleting the workspace doesn't stop that charge. Uninstall the
ZynfoAI app in your Shopify admin to stop it.

## Delete

1. In **Delete this workspace?**, type the workspace name to confirm.
2. Click **Delete workspace**.

If ZynfoAI can't cancel your billing, nothing is deleted. Try again or email
[support@zynfo.ai](mailto:support@zynfo.ai).

While the workspace is deleted, your AI agent stops answering on your website and WhatsApp.

## Restore within 14 days

Sign in. You see **This workspace is scheduled for deletion** and the date it will be permanently
deleted. Click **Restore workspace** to bring back your data. Billing stays cancelled, so the workspace is on
the Free plan until you upgrade. Other teammates are asked to contact the owner.
