# Team members and roles

> Invite teammates to your ZynfoAI workspace as Admins or Agents, what each role can do, and how customer contact details are hidden from Agents.

# Team members and roles

Invite your team so they can answer handed-off chats, work tickets and follow up leads. Go to
**Settings → Team**.

## Invite a teammate

1. Click **Invite Member**.
2. Enter their **Full Name** and **Email Address**, and choose a **Role**: **Agent** or **Admin**.
   Click **Add another user** to invite several people at once.
3. Click **Send Invites**.

Each person gets an email with a link to sign in. They then appear under **Team Members** with their
role, capacity and status.

Your plan sets how many people can be in the workspace, you included: 11 on the Pro plan (including
the trial). When you reach it, you see **Team Limit Reached**. On the Free plan the dashboard is
read-only, so you can't invite people; see [Free plan and read-only mode](/billing/free-plan).

## What each role can do

| Delete the workspace | Yes | No | No |

The owner is the person who created the workspace.

## Customer details are hidden from Agents

Teammates with the Agent role see customers' contact details masked: email addresses, phone numbers,
names and addresses show as **\[Private]**. They can still read and answer the conversation. Owners and
admins see everything.
