The Agent Management page allows you to fully customize how your AI agent looks and sounds to your end-users. As you adjust these settings, the live preview window on the right side of your screen will update instantly.Content Configuration
Control the conversational text that users see before they start typing to the AI agent.- Heading & Description: Set the title at the top of the AI agent widget (e.g., “Customer Support”, “Ask our AI Agent”).
- Welcome Messages: Define the first message(s) the AI agent sends when a user opens the chat window. You can add multiple messages to create a dynamic, multi-bubble greeting sequence.
- Input Placeholder: Customize the faded text in the user typing area (e.g., “Ask me a question…”).
Appearance Settings
Ensure the AI agent widget perfectly matches your corporate brand identity.- Theme: Select between a modern Light or Dark interface.
- Primary Color: Set the exact hex code for your brand color. This affects the chat bubbles, action buttons, and icons.
- Positioning: Choose whether the AI agent widget floats on the
bottom-right,bottom-left,top-right, ortop-leftof your website layout. - Sizing: Adjust the width, height, and border radius (rounded corners) of the chat window for optimal user experience.
- Font Size: Tweak the text size to match your website’s typography and ensure accessibility and readability.
