Zoho CRM Integration

ZynfoAI supports a deep integration with Zoho CRM to ensure that any visitor who interacts with your AI agent and provides their contact details is instantly captured as a Lead within your Zoho dashboard.

What is synced?

  • Contacts: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, and Company.
  • Leads: Contact data along with the Lead Source parameter.

Setup Instructions

ZynfoAI uses a secure OAuth2 connection to link to your Zoho CRM. You will need to create a Self Client application in your Zoho API Console.
  1. Go to the Zoho API Console.
  2. Click Add Client and select Self Client.
  3. Generate your Client ID and Client Secret.
  4. In your ZynfoAI Dashboard, navigate to the Zoho CRM integration settings.
  5. Paste your Client ID and Client Secret, then click Connect.
You will be redirected to Zoho to authorize the connection. Once approved, the integration will be active and your leads will begin syncing!
