Get your custom AI agent up and running in just three simple steps. This guide covers training, customization, and deployment.

Step 1: Train Your AI Agent

To make your AI agent intelligent, you must feed it your business data.
  1. Navigate to the Knowledge tab in your ZynfoAI dashboard.
  2. Enter your main website URL or upload your internal documents.
  3. Click Ingest. The system will scan your content, process it, and build a robust vector knowledge base.

Step 2: Customize Appearance

Ensure your AI agent aligns with your brand identity.
  1. Navigate to the Agent Management tab.
  2. Set your Heading, Welcome Message, and Primary Color to match your corporate branding.
  3. Use the live interactive preview on the right side of the screen to test your AI agent before publishing it.

Step 3: Embed on Your Website

Deploy your AI agent to start automating customer interactions.
  1. Go to your Integrations -> Embed section to retrieve your unique HTML installation snippet.
  2. Paste the <script> tag into your website’s HTML source code, right before the closing </body> tag.
  3. Your custom AI agent is now live and ready to answer customer questions instantly!
