ZynfoAI acts as a highly proactive lead generation tool. When the AI agent captures user contact information (like an email address, phone number, or company name) during a natural conversation, that user is automatically added to the Leads dashboard (/leads).
Lead Status Tracking
You can track an incoming lead through your sales pipeline using the following integrated statuses:- New: Freshly captured by the AI agent.
- Contacted: A human sales rep has reached out.
- Qualified: The lead fits your ideal customer profile (ICP).
- Converted: The lead successfully became a paying customer.
- Lost: The lead was not a fit or went cold.
- Archived: Hidden from the main pipeline view.
Automated Lead Scoring
Our system assigns a dynamic Lead Score (out of 100) to each captured lead based on their engagement level and the quality of the data they provided to the AI agent. Use this predictive score to prioritize which leads your sales team should contact first.Syncing to External CRMs
If you have connected a CRM (like Freshsales) via the Integrations tab:- Select a lead from the dashboard list.
- Click the Sync CRM button.
- The lead’s details (Name, Email, Phone, Company, Product Interest) will be pushed directly into your CRM platform via API, eliminating manual data entry.
