Managing Sources

The Knowledge page (/knowledge) is where you oversee and audit all the training data your AI agent uses to generate its intelligent answers.

Knowledge Base Overview

At the top of the Knowledge page, you will see a high-level analytics summary:
  • Total Sources: The number of web pages, files, and documents you have imported.
  • Chunks Indexed: The total number of optimized text segments your data has been broken into for high-speed vector search.

Filtering Your Knowledge Base

As your business knowledge base grows, you can easily audit and find specific documents using the powerful filtering tools:
  1. Category Tabs: Filter by ingestion type using the navigation tabs across the top (e.g., Websites, Files, Google Drive, Notion).
  2. Search Bar: Quickly search for a specific source by its exact title or URL.
  3. Type Dropdown: An alternative, compact way to filter by source type.
  4. Status Dropdown: Filter data sources based on their current processing state:
    • Active: The source is fully processed and the AI agent is actively using it.
    • Processing: The source is currently being chunked and embedded by our AI.
    • Pending: The source is queued for background processing.
    • Error: There was a network issue fetching or reading the source.
Use these robust filters to regularly audit your knowledge base and ensure your AI agent only has access to highly accurate, up-to-date business information.
