ZynfoAI supports multiple advanced methods to feed data to your AI agent. You can access these options by clicking Add Source or navigating directly to the /ingest page.

Supported Training Methods

1. Website Crawling

The most common and effective training method. Paste any public URL (like a blog post, pricing page, or help article) and ZynfoAI will automatically extract the text, stripping away irrelevant menus and footers.

2. File Upload

Upload static files directly to your AI agent’s brain. This is highly effective for internal documents, PDF technical manuals, or text files that are not publicly hosted on your website.

3. Google Drive, Docs & Sheets

Connect your Google Workspace account to securely and privately ingest documents, spreadsheets, or entire Google Drive folders.

4. Notion Integration

Connect your Notion workspace to feed internal company wikis, SOPs, and policies directly into the AI agent for employee-facing support.

5. Manual FAQ Entries

Sometimes you need to hardcode a specific, deterministic answer to a critical question. Use the Manual FAQ method to explicitly instruct the AI agent: “If a user asks X, always answer Y.”
