Dashboard Overview

When you log into ZynfoAI, the Dashboard serves as your central command center. It provides a comprehensive, high-level view of your AI agent’s performance and real-time customer interactions.

Key Performance Metrics

Monitoring these metrics ensures your AI agent is operating efficiently:
  • Active Sessions: The number of users currently chatting with your AI agent in real-time.
  • Ended Sessions: The total volume of completed conversations handled by the AI.
  • CSAT (Customer Satisfaction): The percentage of chat sessions rated 4 stars or higher by your users.
  • Message Satisfaction: Granular feedback and analytics on individual AI responses.
Use the left sidebar menu to navigate through the core modules of the ZynfoAI platform:
  • Knowledge: Add, sync, or remove data sources to train your AI agent.
  • Agent Management: Change how your AI agent looks, behaves, and greets users.
  • Chat Sessions: Read through historical user conversations or jump into live chats to assist users.
  • Leads & Tickets: Manage captured contact information and escalated customer support requests.
  • Integrations: Connect essential third-party business tools like WhatsApp, Freshdesk, and Freshsales.
