WhatsApp Business Integration

You can deploy your ZynfoAI agent directly to a WhatsApp Business phone number! This allows your customers to chat with your custom-trained AI directly through the WhatsApp interface on their phones, providing a seamless and highly accessible support channel.

Setup Instructions

Connecting to WhatsApp requires a Meta Developer account and a verified WhatsApp Business Account.
  1. Log into your Meta Developer Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to your app and locate the WhatsApp Business product settings.
  3. Gather the following information:
    • Meta Access Token (Ensure this is a permanent token with whatsapp_business_messaging permissions).
    • Phone Number ID
    • WhatsApp Business Account ID (WABA ID)
  4. In your ZynfoAI Integrations dashboard, select WhatsApp Business and paste these credentials.
  5. Create a secure Webhook Verify Token of your choosing and enter it into ZynfoAI.
  6. Copy the Webhook URL provided by ZynfoAI, go back to your Meta Developer Dashboard, and configure the webhook using your custom Verify Token.
Once connected, anyone who messages your WhatsApp Business number will receive instant, accurate replies from your AI agent!
