Freshsales CRM Integration

By connecting ZynfoAI to Freshsales, you can automate your lead generation pipeline. When your AI agent captures visitor information (like name, email, and phone number), it instantly creates a new Contact or Lead inside your Freshsales account.

What is synced?

  • Contacts: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, and Job Title.
  • Leads: Email, Phone Number, and Company Name.

Setup Instructions

To connect your Freshsales CRM to ZynfoAI, you will need your Freshsales Domain and API Key.
  1. Log into your Freshsales account.
  2. Look at the URL in your browser to find your Domain.
    • If your URL is https://acme.myfreshworks.com, your domain is simply acme.
  3. Click your profile avatar in the top right corner and select Profile Settings (or API Settings).
  4. Locate the API Key section.
  5. Copy your API Key.
  6. Return to your ZynfoAI Dashboard, navigate to the Integrations tab, and paste your Domain and API Key into the Freshsales configuration block.
Click Connect, and your AI agent will begin syncing leads!
