When an escalation is triggered, ZynfoAI sends the complete chat transcript, user contact information, and priority level directly to your Zoho Desk ticketing queue.Setup Instructions
- Navigate to the Integrations tab in your ZynfoAI Dashboard.
- Locate the Zoho Desk module and click Connect.
- You will be redirected to the secure Zoho authorization page.
- Log into your Zoho account and grant ZynfoAI the necessary permissions to read and write ticket data.
- Once authorized, you will be redirected back to ZynfoAI, and the integration will be active!
