HubSpot CRM Integration

By connecting ZynfoAI to HubSpot, your AI agent can automatically capture visitor information during chat sessions and instantly sync it to your HubSpot CRM as Contacts and Leads. This ensures your sales team never misses a qualified prospect.

What is synced?

  • Contacts: Visitor Name, Email, Phone Number, and Company.
  • Leads: Any contact captured by the AI agent is automatically assigned a hs_lead_status of NEW.

Setup Instructions

ZynfoAI connects to HubSpot via a Private App Access Token. Follow these steps to generate your token:
  1. Log into your HubSpot account.
  2. Click the Settings icon (⚙️) in the top navigation bar.
  3. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Integrations > Private Apps.
  4. Click Create a private app.
  5. Name your app “ZynfoAI Integration”.
  6. Navigate to the Scopes tab and ensure the following permissions are granted:
    • crm.objects.contacts.read
    • crm.objects.contacts.write
  7. Click Create app.
  8. Copy the generated Private App Access Token and paste it into the HubSpot configuration menu within your ZynfoAI Dashboard.
Once connected, your AI agent will immediately begin syncing all new captured leads!
