WooCommerce Integration

ZynfoAI can connect directly to your WooCommerce backend. This allows your AI agent to fetch real-time data about orders, products, and inventory, empowering it to answer highly specific e-commerce queries like “Where is my order?” or “Is this item in stock?”

Setup Instructions

To connect your WooCommerce store, you need to generate API keys from your WordPress dashboard.
  1. Log into your WordPress / WooCommerce admin dashboard.
  2. Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings.
  3. Click the Advanced tab, then click REST API.
  4. Click Add Key.
  5. Give the key a description (e.g., “ZynfoAI Bot”), select a user, and set Permissions to Read/Write.
  6. Click Generate API Key.
  7. Copy the generated Consumer Key and Consumer Secret.
  8. In your ZynfoAI Dashboard, navigate to the WooCommerce integration and paste your Store URL, Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret.
Your AI agent is now synced with your store’s database!
